Subject: Information on personal data processing, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

EU Regulation 27 April 2016, no. 679 provides for the right to the protection of personal data of individuals. In compliance with this regulation, our company, which intends to process your personal data, wishes to inform you, in advance, and pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679, that this processing will be based on principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency, with limitation of purpose, minimisation of data, accuracy, limitation of retention, integrity and confidentiality and accountability, as well as protection of your privacy and your rights.
Therefore, we hereby provide you with the following information on the personal data processing that we intend to carry out:

Processing is done for the purposes of being able to contact you following a request, made by you:

A)    to provide the information requested, to calculate quotes, to handle pre-contractual issues and for internal requirements of an operational or managerial nature;

B)    for marketing/promotional purposes regarding products/services, events and initiatives that can be traced back to them, provided by AUTOMAZIONI INDUSTRIALI SRL via post and/or telephone and also via automated systems (SMS, e-mail, e-mail marketing/newsletter);

Processing will be carried out by specifically appointed people, using the following methods: electronic and paper.

Provision of your data is mandatory for the purposes in paragraph A). Therefore, we invite you to omit any data that are not relevant to the specific purposes for which they are provided. Failure to provide your data could make it impossible for us to contact you to provide information, also regarding products/services and for internal requirements of an operational or managerial nature.
However, provision of your data is optional for the operations in paragraph B) regarding commercial/promotional information and invitations to events/expos from our company.

The appointed subjects to whom your personal data (personal and common data) can be communicated are the following:
    appointed subjects who are part of our company;
    external subjects who may manage our company’s IT systems or website;
    subjects to whom the right to access the actual data is given by the provisions of the law or regulations;
    other subjects foreseen by the law.

The data collected for the purposes in paragraph A) will be duly retained for a maximum period of 10 years, pursuant to art. 2220 c.c. or, pursuant to art. 13. c.2, lett. a), second part, of EU Reg. 2016/679, for a variable period, according to the balancing criteria of legitimate business interests (linked to tax audits, any special commercial correspondence, such as disputes, legal aspects, quality, production and statistical purposes).

The data collected for the purposes in paragraph B) will be duly retained for a maximum period of 24 months as required by section 8 of the General Provisions of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data of 24 February 2005.

The possibility of distributing the actual data is not foreseen (distribution = communication to indeterminate subjects).

Pursuant to art. 13, par. 2, lett. b), c), d) of EU Reg. 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller, you may exercise the following rights, regarding the processing of your personal data:

•    right to cancellation (art. 17);
•    right to limitation (art. 18);
•    right to data portability (art. 20);
•    right to opposition (art. 21);
•    right to make a complaint to the supervisory authority (art. 77);
•    right to withdraw consent, in the cases provided for under art. 6, par. 1, lett. a) or art. 9, par. 2, lett. a).
