Various handling - Palletising
Palletising systems can be developed both for handling packaged products and for palletising parts.
Palletising systems can be developed both for handling packaged products and for palletising parts. The palletising robot for packaging is suitable for end-line operations, to prepare parts for final transport. With these systems it is possible to handle heavy workpieces, as well as carry out counting, bagging, boxing operations.
The system for palletising workpieces can be operated with the use of interfaces or fixed positions, e.g. rotary tables, to facilitate the handling of workpieces for subsequent loading into the machine.
A further solution we provide is a compact warehouse with a modular structure. The parts are palletised in trays (12 + 12 trays) in fixed positions. One of its main advantage is little space requirements and the extreme flexibility, being able to process different types of parts, in both small and large quantities, but above all it guarantees high buffer times, as each drawer moves automatically to position itself in the robot's work area.
